Our Luxury Property Clientele is driven by our continued activity in the segment and our commitment to internet and print advertising that serves to highlight our portfolio of upscale properties. In today’s lower volume environment for luxury properties, our unique combination of REO and Luxury properties enables us to out spend, out support, and out last our competition. This provides our client base with stable, consistent, and insightful representation in a very challenging marketplace.

Our REO Clientele currently includes Countrywide Home Loans owned by Bank of America. Our typical case load is 10 properties under contract, 10 properties in prelist, and 10 properties active. Our current corporate capacity is 100 properties under management in all combined categories. We are seeking increased CHL inventory in conjunction with marketing our services to other financial institutions in need of our REO services. Our financial capability and our management ability enables us to scale beyond those projected levels, however the 100 properties is our near term target inventory.  

Our REO Business is grounded in our breadth of skill, team composition, financial stability, market knowledge and our network of support vendors. Our ability to move fluidly with mission critical mindset and with strength in communication supplemented by compassion for circumstance is our cornerstone.
